Lijalem Abayneh is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lijemrakeal, responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction, business operations, and growth. He focuses on developing business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, strengthening partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions that create long-term value.
Dr Etsubdink Negash
General and Technical Manager
Leads day-to-day company management, veterinary technical direction, product evaluation, regulatory registration coordination, and technical customer support.
Ato Abel Girma
Financial Manager
Oversees budgeting, cash-flow planning, accounting, import-cost calculations, pricing, investment analysis, and internal financial controls.
Ato Yelekal Kebede
International Business Manager
Develops international supplier relationships, identifies manufacturers and export opportunities, and coordinates quotations, purchase orders, and shipping.
Ato Desalegn Tamene
Operational Manager
Coordinates warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, transport, cold-chain storage procedures, workplace safety, and national distribution.
